Last month my little 3 year old grandson from Colorado came down to visit me in FL. when the trip was planned he was in great shape but an accident at his school just five days before his arrival here caused him to be put into a "spica" cast (almost a whole body cast, this was due to a broken femur bone). I was frantic trying to find him a comfortable stroller. I decided to see if the Tike Tech Trax 360 that I had ordered prior to his injury would suffice. I (plus the aide of your phone person) could not have picked out a more perfect fitting stroller for him. It was the most comfortable ride for him. It adjusted very well so that he was always comfortable. The foot rest helped him to push his own self up higher on the seat. The leg in a full cast was perfectly positioned while his other leg in half a cast was able to move easily. The safety bar across the front of his body gave him enough room to not feel "trapped" or tied in (he wasn't going to go anywhere anyway) The Tike Tech Trax was easy to maneuver and easy to fold up and fold away. It's solid in construction and light to lift. We took the Tike Tech Trax to the beach and to Disney World.

Not only would I rate the stroller, I am also going to rate EliteCarSeats 5 stars. I had a living nightmare ordering through another site (big mistake) after canceling my order and doing some research I found this site. I have to admit I was disappointed by online shopping but I figured nothing to lose right? Well to my surprise I had a very respectful and helpful representative help me with my order. She gave me everything from a confirm email of my order to a tracking code with the delivery carrier. I received my stroller on time on the date that was promised and I couldn't be happier with my investment. I used it the first day it arrived and I have gotten many of compliments and envious stares at the mall. Thank you EliteCarSeats.com for rebuilding my trust ordering online. If I need anything else for my newborn I will definitely come back to your staff!

I recently ordered a Safeguard seat and the Radian 80 to check each of them in my vehicle. (I had previously attempted the Regents but had to return them due to the poor fit in our vehicle. Thanks for that no-hassle return process!) The Safeguard by far offers the best fit, and I would like to return the Radian to you. I had purchased the return shipping insurance, and I apologize for not having my order number available to simplify this process for you; I cannot locate the previous emails with that information. I understand the procedure of you sending me a FedEx shipping label via email, and I will then take the seat to our local FedEx drop off site.
Today, I ordered a second Safeguard seat so I should finally be set with new seats for both of my older children!
Thanks for all your help! We had previously purchased our two jogging strollers (a single and a double) and a number of car seats from your site, and I wouldn't even go anywhere else for these items. I have recommended you many times and thank you for your help!

We live in Europe so we were delighted to finally find your company because you were willing to ship to an APO. My experience with your company has been nothing but positive. One person in particular stands out above the rest. Her name is Sarah. I've spoken to her at your call center on more than one occasion when I had questions. She was always happy to answer my questions. In fact she would take the time to check with the manufacturers or your warehouse staff to ensure the most accurate information and timelines for delivery. When my Infant System was on backorder she took my email address and made sure to update me when new information became available. Sarah is a true asset to your company! Thanks so much for cancelling the order. Sorry to have to do it, but we needed to get the infant seat installed before the big day! I will definitely recommend EliteCarSeats to others, as your prices were significantly better and the info you provide on your site is incredibly helpful. I ended up paying a LOT more for the one I bought, but at least we're now ready.

First off, I'd like to thank you very much for the expert customer service I received from your website. It was very professional, and my shopping experience with elitecarseats.com was fantastic.
The reason I shopped with you is because you offered the same stroller I was looking for at a discounted price. In addition, the shipping was very reasonable and quick. I very much appreciated the return insurance, as I was not sure the stroller would work for me. It turns out it did so I will not be needing it, however at $3 it was money well spent.
Lastly, the stroller, Graco Quattro Tour Duo stroller, is a fantastic choice. A solid, simple stroller which will accomodate my newborn and toddler perfectly. Graco offers the heaviest weight capacity for my large toddler, and all of the comforts, stability, and ease of break-down Graco is know for. I am a tall mother, and to find a stroller (much less a double) that will save my back on long walks can be troublesome. This stroller is perfect. Easy to put together as well.
Thank you very much, I will purchase from your company again and tell all of my friends. It was a wonderful experience.

I just wanted to let you know that your website is very good.
I was searching the internet for a store to purchase the SafeGuard booster seat and my search turned up at least 6 online stores which offered the product at the same price and shipping rate.
All things being equal, I looked at the top 4 stores on my search list and found that your website was the most user friendly. I liked the fact that the product page was the most informative, with plenty of photos,detailed information and buyer feedback.The purchasing process was also simple and efficient. I decided to purchase this product from your store based on your website. It seems to me that the website designer has spent a lot of time shopping online, like me. Kudos!
