Flat Rate Shipping on All Orders Just $7.99
We now offer a flat-rate fee for all purchases, within the Continental U.S. only. All deliveries go through FedEx Home Delivery service, unless you select another shipping option. The Flat Rate fee does not apply to 2 Day, Next Day, USPS, APO shipments, or items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Express delivery is available at an additional charge. Some items available through our store qualify your entire order for Free Ground Shipping - the availability of this offer will be noted on the product page.
Our Guarantee To You - Orders received by 4pm EDT (M-F) will Ship That Day*
Satisfied customers bring smiles to our faces. For this purely selfish reason, we are providing our favorite people - meaning You - with this Shipping Guarantee: As long as you place your order with us by 4 pm Eastern Daylight Time, Monday - Friday, we will ship your order that very same day.
*Some exceptions apply. Orders place before 4 pm EDT may not ship that day for reasons including but not limited to: credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, USPS shipments, inventory availability, and drop ship orders direct from the manufacturer.
Mother's Day Shipping Information
- Order by May 5th, 4pm ET with Standard Ground Home Deliver for delivery by May 9th
- Order by May 8th, with FedEx Regular Overnight for delivery by May 9th
- Order by May 7th, 4pm ET with FedEx 2-Day Shipping for delivery by May 9th
- Order by May 9th, with FedEx Saturday Delivery for delivery by May 10th
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must choose 2-day shipping as a minimum, as all orders must be shipped via FedEx Express. Even if you don't select 2-day shipping, you will automatically be charged the 2-day shipping rates when your order is processed. Note that FedEx 2-Day Delivery to certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii can take 3 business days, depending on destination ZIP code. We do NOT ship to Puerto Rico at this time.
Express Shipping
If you would like your order shipped via 2 Day or Next Day, please make that selection at checkout. Express shipping charges are calculated by weight and location and will be calculated when you checkout. As stated above, we do our best to process every order received before 4:00 Eastern Time on weekdays but we offer no guarantee that your order will go out the same day. Your items will ship the day they are processed and not necessarily the day the order is placed. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.) United States Postal Service
Items shipped via U.S. Mail will be charged according to weight and box dimensions (this includes APO orders). Please select 'US Post Office' option at checkout. For all other shipping methods, please contact us at info@tiptoeturtle.com to receive a price quote.
International Shipping
We currently do NOT ship to addresses outside of the United States.
APO Shipping
We are glad to ship to APO's if possible (some boxes are too big). Shipment will be via US Postal Service, insured with return receipt service. APO items are shipped via U.S. Mail and will be charged according to weight and box dimensions. As you know, APO service can (and will) take a long time for delivery. We have no way to track the package after shipment. We will not consider the package lost until 8 weeks after it has shipped; at that time we will file for an insurance claim of a lost shipment (Make sure to check with you local APO / Post Office, we've found lost packages are usually behind the counter). We will not ship a replacement package until we have settled the insurance claim.
Notice to Debit / Check Card Users
Please be advised that banks do NOT treat debit or checking cards like a credit card; they can put two "holds" on your funds. First, your funds are held for verification purposes each time you place an order. They are held a second time when we process your sale. Please understand that there is nothing that we can do on our end to resolve this. These holds are internal banking functions of the bank that handles your card account. Additionally, be aware that a pre-authorization is NOT a charge; it only checks your account for available funds, holds those funds, and checks the address information you provided against the card company's records. The "hold" on your funds will eventually drop off the account after a short timeframe (sometimes up to 10 days) that is determined by your bank's policies. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this banking procedure may cause you.
Credit Card Processing
This Site is a department of TipToeTurtle.com, and all credit card processing will be performed by TipToeTurtle.com. The charge on you statement will appear from TipToeTurtle.com. We verify all billing addresses with Credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the Credit card record, we will contact you. .
All Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax. All Minnesota residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax. |
