Our Review of the Skip Hop Duo Canvas diaper bag

Great Diaper Bag

The only reason I gave this bag 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish there was a loop above the cell phone pocket where I could easily and quickly attach my carabiner of house keys! Anyway, this bag is worth the price--especially the reduced sale price!!

Pretty good bag

We bought this bag for both me and my husband to use (gender neutral). It has 2 large pockets in front that can fit our waterbottles, toys, baby food, etc and I like the cell phone pocket as well. I do not think the zippered pockets are that convenient for storage of anything bulky (even my wallet makes it bulge out). The main pocket is still where most things end up and I find I lose things in it. I like the stroller conversion, but wish you didn't have to remove the main strap when converting to stroller bag. I am afraid I will lose the strap! Overall the bag is working well for us--not perfect but better than our previous bag we purchased!

Great for Traveling and Everyday Use

It took me a long time to buy a baby bag, and I'm glad I waited and found the Skip Hop Duo Canvas bag. This bag is the perfect size. It's big enough to carry what you need but small enough to carry every day. It's also great for traveling- it fits on the back of my stroller and in the overhead compartment or at my feet when on an airplane. I love the pockets! There are lots of pockets to carry everything you need. My only complaint is the bag doesn't come completely clean in the washer (I have a light blue bag, which gets dirty when traveling)...but it does hold up well when washed.

Ok but not the best

I like the loooks and compartments of the bag but I always find myself "digging" to the bottom to get my stuff. I need a wider and shorter bag that I can access my things easier. If you need a diaper bag that safely stays on the handle it's great but ease of use is not superior.

The best diaper bag

This is the best diaper bag. It is flexible and cool. It has many pockets, all of a sensible size and shape, a large middle section for clothes and toys, and it comes in good colors and looks like a messenger bag. I have black, which works well with our red stroller and my city clothes when I have to carry it. The best thing is that this bag changes from on-stroller clips to a shoulder strap. And the strap is long enough to wear across your body which gives two hands free for kids. The only improvement I would suggest is that the bag have two inside connectors so that the shoulder strap and the stroller strap can be attached all the time so that there is less fiddling between them when unloading the stroller. (You have to detach the stroller strap to attach the shoulder strap -- as they use the same connector inside the bag.) On the whole, though, I really like this bag. I have had two kids and several other bags, this one is the best.

Great Bag

It is hard to find a good diaper bag and I have been through a lot and always still looking. But this bag is great. It has plenty of pockets for all the necessities and the large pocket is perfect for diapers, wipes, snacks and the essential extra outfit. I have two boys and the size of the bag works great for all of us. I really like its versaitlity. The straps allow you to wrap them around the stroller bar or even a grocery cart handle, which is great when you want to keep your bag accessible with a cart full of groceries. My only dislike with this bag is that it does not have an exterior bottle/cup holder. Overall, it is a great bag and is made of quality materials.
