Our Review of the LIKEaBIKE Jumper balance bike

The LIKEaBIKE Jumper balance bike is a sleeker, modern version of their classic balance bikes, more resembling a miniature mountain bike compared to the rest of LIKEaBIKE's line. The obvious reason it stands out is because it's made from extremely lightweight aluminum (it weighs in at only 8 pounds). The Jumper's limited steering angle, pneumatic tires and shock absorption features make it great for taking a ride on and off road, especially for any kid wanting to learn the coordination and balance required to ride a bike without training wheels.

If price is a secondary consideration, the LIKEaBIKE Jumper is the best aluminum balance bike you can buy.

My son (Just over 3) took to this so fast. Within 30 minutes he was walking fast and raising his legs, and within a few days he was running and making turns. He's using a tricycle for some time, so he has the peddling down, now that he is learning balance I think the bike transition will be easy!

    Comments from The Staff:

Thank you very much for the review! You exactly figured out the basics of a run bike. A child should start off with a tircycle so that they get the peddaling down, then get a run bike so that they gain the balance and then when it comes time to get a regular bicycle the training wheels are not needed since they gained the peddaling from the tricycle and the balancing with only two wheels from the run bike. Thank you again, for the great review!
